Mr Errol Perera, soke
Head - International Jujutsu Institute
Professor Kam's son and designate, Mr Errol Perera, is head of the International Jujutsu Institute (IJJI). He holds the title of soke, which means legitimate successor to the traditional and international teachings of the IJJI. Mr Perera has ultimate responsibility for technical and administrative decisions affecting the Institute.
Prior to becoming head of the IJJI, Mr Perera soke was a live-in student of Professor Kam from 1979 to 1990.

Mr Kannapathy Sathia Moorthy, PB, PBM, sensei
Senior Advisor - International Jujutsu Institute 9th dan Jujutsu and 9th dan Judo
Mr K. S. Moorthy sensei is a first generation student of the late Professor Kam Hock Hoe, training with Master Kam from 1940 until the Master passed away in 1990. Professor Kam issued Mr Moorthy sensei with grading authority in the Kano Jujutsu and Kuatsu System in 1954, and soon afterwards asked him to teach jujutsu. Mr Moorthy had a close friendship with Professor Kam and trained with him throughout the Professor's life.
In addition to training and teaching jujutsu, Mr Moorthy sensei represented Malaya in Judo at the 1964 Olympic Games. In 1968 the Singapore National Olympic Council awarded him a Meritorious Service Medal to Sports and in 1972, Mr Moorthy's contribution to martial arts and the broader community was recognised with a National Efficiency (PB) of the Republic of Singapore. His contribution was again recognised in 1983, when he received a Certificate of Commendation from the Singapore Sports Council, and in 1987, when he was awarded both an International Judo Federation Medal of Merit and a National Public Service Medal (PBM) of the Republic of Singapore.

Senior Instructors in Australia, Malaysia and Norway
Mr Neil Phillips, JP, sensei
Senior Instructor - Australia
7th dan IJJI Jujutsu Mr Neil Phillips sensei commenced adult jujutsu classes in 1983 and he began teaching jujutsu in 1986 after grading to 1st dan. He is a student of Mr Moorthy sensei.
As well as training and teaching jujutsu, Mr Phillips' represented Australia at the 1995 World Jujutsu Championships. He has also been awarded a 1996 Australia Day Medallion; a 2000 Australian Sports Medal; and a 2002 Medal of Honour to Judo Singapore from the Singapore Judo Federation.
Mr Leong Chock Lim, sensei
Senior Instructor - Malaysia 8th dan IJJI Jujutsu
Mr Leong Chock Lim sensei commenced jujutsu training in 1977 and was a student of the late Professor Kam Hock Hoe. He has since Professor Kam passed away in 1990, been a student of Mr K. S. Moorthy sensei. In 1991, after many years of training, Mr Leong sensei commenced teaching and became the IJJI's Senior Instructor in Malaysia.
Professor Charles Press, sensei
Senior Instructor - Norway
6th dan IJJI Jujutsu
Professor Charles Press sensei commenced jujutsu training in 1984 in Canberra, Australia. In 1990, he founded the Oslo University Jujutsu Club after moving to Norway in 1989. Over the years, Professor Press sensei has taught a growing number of Norwegian students.
